1. Shipping Carriers and Methods: We primarily use trusted carriers to deliver your orders, ensuring reliable and efficient shipping. The carriers we use include but are not limited to United Parcel Service (UPS) and FedEx.

2. Shipping Timeframes: The processing time for your order may vary based on the type and quantity of promotional products. Once your order is confirmed, please allow up to 12 business days for processing before your order is shipped. If additional production time is needed, our team will reach out after your order is received and reviewed. Shipping times will depend on the shipping method selected and the destination of the package.

3. Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the package. The estimated shipping cost will be in your initial invoice. Final shipping charges will be updated once shipment is complete.

4. Shipping Locations: We offer shipping services to addresses within the continental United States. For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations, please contact our customer support for further assistance.

5. Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with tracking information, enabling you to monitor the status and expected delivery date of your package.

6. Damaged Shipments: We take utmost care to package and protect your promotional products. However, if you receive a damaged package, it is essential to document the damages immediately upon delivery. Please take clear photographs of the damaged package and its contents. Submit the documentation along with your order details within 24 hours of delivery for our customer support to review. Damages reported beyond this time frame may not be eligible for approval and refund.

7. Returns and Refunds: Due to the custom nature of our promotional products, returns are not permitted. We take pride in crafting products specifically tailored to your requirements, making each item unique and non-reusable. Exceptions are made on a case-by-case basis for cases of documented damages reported within 24 hours of delivery, as mentioned above. In such cases, we will work with you to resolve the issue and provide an appropriate refund or replacement.

8. Address Accuracy: To ensure smooth delivery, please provide accurate and complete shipping information during checkout. For drop shipments, please ensure that the drop shipping template is completed as instructed. Corporate Gift Experts will not be responsible for any delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. Any chargebacks incurred from inaccurate address information will be billed back to the customer.

9. Delivery Attempts: If the carrier attempts delivery and is unsuccessful due to the recipient's absence or any other reason, they may leave a delivery notice or make additional attempts. It is the recipient's responsibility to contact the carrier and make necessary arrangements for a successful delivery.

10. Shipping Policy Updates: Corporate Gift Experts reserves the right to update or modify this shipping policy at any time without prior notice. The updated policy will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
